It’s easy to put together, features many adjustable parts for a highly personalized fit, and provides great lumbar support. Taller people in particular will find that a great chair; in fact, though, it might not be a great fit if you’re on the shorter side.
Some people complained about the poorly padded seat, which compresses through time and becomes quite uncomfortable. Others complained that the bolts eventually fall out and can’t be replaced. Squeaking was another comment.
